"I was kind of tired of checking places..."
I was kind of tired of checking places and dealing with the usual back-and-forth, but this was easy. I found what I needed, and my size was actually in stock for once.

"Surprisingly, the sizing worked out"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered my usual size from madeleine.com, but it actually fit well. The trousers weren’t too tight, and the jacket sat nicely on my shoulders, which surprised me a bit. I’d been worried the sizing might be off, but in my case it was fine. Happy with it overall.

"Lovely quality jacket"
I’m really happy with this jacket. The quality feels great, the stitching is neat, the fabric is nicer than I was expecting. Don’t you love it when something actually looks and feels better in person? I’ve already washed it once and it still looks brand new. Would I buy it again? Definitely.

"Delivery was faster than I expected"
I ordered from madeleine.com after seeing a few people mention their delivery was quick, they weren’t wrong.

I only chose standard delivery, so I wasn’t expecting much, but my parcel showed up within a few days. The tracking was easy enough to follow and the box arrived in good condition.

It’s always reassuring when an online shop actually lives up to what others say. No drama, no long wait, and I’d happily order from them again

"Pretty nice fabric overall"
The fabric feels really nice, kind of soft but still sturdy enough. it was a bit better than I thought it would be, and it doesn’t have that cheap feel or anything.

I ordered a couple of items and both came in the wrong size again. It’s really frustrating because now I’m stuck spending extra time sorting out returns, and I don’t want to lose money on something I can’t even use.

"Surprisingly easy return"
I had to send a dress back to MADELEINE Fashion because the fit just wasn’t quite right. I was expecting the usual hassle, but the return label was really easy to find and I had it posted back the next day.
The refund came through faster than I expected too, without me having to chase anyone. i was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it all was, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.

I ordered a dress and a blouse from madeleine.com, and both ended up being exactly the kind of style I like. The designs are simple and classy without feeling overdone, which I really appreciate. I ordered the blouse going by the size and fabric details, but when it showed up it didnt really feel like what was described. It’s not terrible or anything, just kinda frustrating when you expect one thing and get something a bit different.

I was expecting the payment process on madeleine.com to be straightforward, and it actually was. The checkout was easy to follow, my card payment went through right away, and the confirmation email arrived quickly. "Quick help when I really needed it"
I had a question about my order so I emailed the customer service, kind of expecting to wait a day or maybe two. But they replied fast and got it sorted without making a big complicated thing out of it. No endless back and forth, which I really appreciated.
